Send your damaged electric bikes that have been returned or rejected by a customer to our east coast facility. We accept all forms of delivery, including freight & parcel shipments making it easy for you to get your bikes to us quickly and cost-effectively.
Upon arrival, our team conducts a thorough assessment of each bike. We take detailed photos and perform a mechanical diagnosis to determine the extent of the damage and what is needed for repairs. This assessment is provided for a flat fee of $200 per bike and includes 30 days of storage.
